Your safety on site at Dapplewood Caravan Site is our first concern and we would ask that our terms and conditions are followed at all times to ensure all of our guests enjoy their stay in the safest and most enjoyable way possible!
Electric hook-up is for the sensible use of proprietary caravan electrical equipment only. Please do not use awning heaters on site. One socket per pitch, no splitters please.
Gas and briquette BBq’s are permitted in proper containers located off the ground. Blocks are available to borrow – please ask if required. No open ground fires or wood burning fires or firepits are permitted. The BBQ Insurance release form must be signed prior to lighting any BBQ on site and please read the sign regarding BBQ use located in the black hut on site. These conditions are imposed on the site by our insurance policy and anyone found to be not following the BBQ rules will be asked to immediately leave the site.
Dogs are welcome at Dapplewood but must not to be left unattended at ANY TIME. Please keep your dog on a lead at all times. Dogs should be exercised off the site and please collect your Dog’s poop and bag appropriately as you would as home. IF YOUR DOG IS ANXIOUS, AGGRESSIVE OR BARKY BY NATURE, REGARDLESS OF THE REASON, Dapplewood is not a suitable site for you and we respectfully request you book an alternative site.
Pitches are to be vacated by 11.00am on Departure Day. Late checkout are not available.
For the enjoyment and consideration of all guests please respect quiet time between 11.00pm and 8.00am.
All vehicles must be driven at walking pace on site please.
You are welcome to visit our PRIVATE woodland unattended by a member of the Dapplewood Team. Please be aware that we have ancient trees which sometimes drop branches. The woodand is regularly monitored for safety purposes however the unpredictable nature of trees and weather conditions mean you must excersise caution. Anyone found lighting fires, smoking or emptying BBQ coal briquettes in the woodland WILL be asked to leave the site imediately.
Please keep at least 6m between Caravans and keep to the designated pitch space.
Please use the bins provided in the on site Bin Store.
Please ensure you turn off the water tap after use.
ALL Black waste water to be emptied into the onsite chemical waste point. PLEASE NOTE: NO formaldehyde based toilet chemicals are permitted on our site.

Ambient site lighting is provided around the site. There are switches located at the base of any trees with lighting for you to switch on or off any lighting close to you. Guests who require lighting to remain on at their pitch location take precedence.
Please take any valuables off site with you and securely lock your vehicles on site when unattended. Dapplewood Caravan Site cannot be held responsible for lost or missing items.
PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASSY AREAS, all vehicles to be parked on hardstanding unless prior permission has been obtained via a member of the Dapplewood Team.
PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR ANY GUESTS ASKED TO LEAVE THE SITE FOR BREACH OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
